Healthcare marketing agency in Singapore: Healthcare ads that pass the rules, and still bring enquiries.

Clinics, nursing homes and other licensed providers in Singapore can't use testimonials, star ratings, before-and-after photos or free offers. We build ads and pages that work within the Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations, and count every enquiry they bring.

The problem

Why healthcare ads stall.

Three problems we find with most licensed providers, and what we change.

Google keeps disapproving our ads.

Copy rewritten around Google's healthcare policy and the HCSA rules until it runs.

We can't show reviews, so what's our proof?

Qualifications, licensed services, facilities and real photography.

Enquiries come in five ways, and nobody counts them all.

Forms, calls, SMS and WhatsApp, each one tracked.

For healthcare

What we run for licensed providers.

The same channels as any business, built for the rules.

  • Google Ads. High-intent searches, written to pass Google and HCSA review.
  • Meta messaging ads. Campaigns that open a WhatsApp or Messenger chat with your team.
  • SEO and expert content. Factual pages that answer what families and patients search for.
  • HCSA review. Every ad, page, post and chatbot answer checked before it goes live.
  • Enquiry tracking. Forms, calls, SMS and WhatsApp counted, by campaign.
  • Compliant landing pages. No testimonials, ratings or free offers; qualifications, services and facilities instead.
How it works

How we run healthcare marketing.

Rules first, so nothing has to be pulled later.

  1. Read the rules first

Your licence, services and what the regulations allow you to say.

  2. Build what's allowed

Ads, pages and content made from facts, qualifications and real photography.

  3. Count every enquiry

Each route tracked to its campaign, so budget follows real enquiries.

Every month: approvals, enquiries by route, and what changes next.

What we check first.

Where money leaks after the click. We run the check live on your strategy call.

For licensed providers spending S$4,000 a month or more on Google or Meta.

FAQ

Healthcare: questions, answered.

Anything else, ask us on the call or on WhatsApp.

Do you follow the HCSA advertising rules?

Yes. Every ad, page, post and chatbot answer we make for a licensed provider is checked against the Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations 2021 before it goes live: no testimonials or ratings, no before-and-after images, no superlatives and no free offers. We aren't lawyers; where a point is unclear, we ask you to confirm it with MOH or your legal adviser.

Can we show patient reviews on our website?

Not as a licensed provider: reproducing reviews or ratings on your site, ads or social media counts as a testimonial. Reviews that people leave on Google itself are fine.

Why can't we offer a free consultation?

The regulations treat free offers, discounts and packages as inducements. A plain "Book a consultation" with the fee stated works instead.

Do you work with rehabilitation and care providers?

Yes, including Phoenix Rehab Group, where organic search clicks rose 65% from May to September 2026.

Is there a minimum ad spend?

Essentials starts at S$3,000 a month on one platform. With more than one, we recommend at least S$4,000 a month on Google or Meta and S$3,000 on TikTok. Below S$3,000, an account rarely gets enough conversions for the platform to learn which buyers to find.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. We charge a fixed monthly fee by tier, set by how much ad spend we manage, never a percentage of it. Prices are on our pricing page.

How long is the contract?

Three months minimum, then month to month, with one month's notice either way.
