The problem

Where store ad budgets leak.

Three leaks we find in most stores, and what we change.

Meta says it worked; the store disagrees.

Purchase tracking and the Conversions API checked against your store orders.

Return drops every time we raise the budget.

New creative and audiences ready before the budget goes up.

Our catalogue ads push the wrong products.

Feeds cleaned, with best sellers and margins pushed.

For online stores

What we run for online stores.

Every channel judged on purchases and revenue.

  • Meta Advantage+ shopping. Catalogue and creative campaigns, optimised to purchases. More
  • Google Shopping and Performance Max. Clean product feeds, bid on margin. More
  • TikTok Shop. Live shopping and affiliate creators selling your products. More
  • Purchase tracking. Conversions API and store orders reconciled, so the platforms learn from real sales.
  • Creative testing. New hooks every week, so spend can rise without the return falling. More
  • Sampling campaigns. Free-sample offers that turn into named contacts, as for Decorté.
How it works

How we grow store revenue.

Match the numbers first, then scale.

  1. Match the numbers

What the platforms report, checked against your store orders.

  2. Test creative weekly

New hooks and formats, so there is always a winner ready.

  3. Scale what sells

Budget follows revenue, product by product.

Every week, budget moves to the products and campaigns that sold.

What we check first.

Where money leaks after the click. We run the check live on your strategy call.

For Shopify and other online stores spending S$4,000 a month or more on Google or Meta.

Tracking

  • Conversions firing, pixel and CAPI de-duplicated
  • Event match quality
  • CRM outcomes sent back to the platforms
  • Click IDs and UTMs captured

Creative

  • Distinct angles live
  • Hook and thumb-stop rates
  • Fatigue and frequency
  • Last month's winner documented

Landing page

  • Message matches the ad
  • Mobile speed
  • Form friction
  • Proof above the fold

FAQ

Ecommerce: questions, answered.

Anything else, ask us on the call or on WhatsApp.

Which platforms do you run for online stores?

Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Shopping and Performance Max, and TikTok, including TikTok Shop. One team runs them on one set of tracking.

Do you work with Shopify?

Yes. We're a Shopify Partner, and we connect Shopify orders to the ad platforms so every campaign is judged on real purchases.

How do you measure return on ad spend?

From purchases the platforms record, checked against your store's own orders. When the two disagree, we fix the tracking before we trust either.

Can you run sampling campaigns?

Yes. For Decorté, a free-sample offer on Meta instant forms brought 1,419 sample requests at S$0.81 each.

Is there a minimum ad spend?

Essentials starts at S$3,000 a month on one platform. With more than one, we recommend at least S$4,000 a month on Google or Meta and S$3,000 on TikTok. Below S$3,000, an account rarely gets enough conversions for the platform to learn which buyers to find.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. We charge a fixed monthly fee by tier, set by how much ad spend we manage, never a percentage of it. Prices are on our pricing page.

How long is the contract?

Three months minimum, then month to month, with one month's notice either way.
