Search / AI Optimization Manager (SEO & GEO Lead)

Based in: the Philippines, Indonesia or Malaysia. Working hours overlap with Singapore (GMT+8).

You'll own the performance of Khepri Digital's SEO accounts: the strategy, the delivery quality, and the results clients see. You'll lead a delivery team (link builders, two SEO Executives covering on-page and off-page, and content writers), set the SEO and GEO roadmap, and act as the final quality and brand check before work reaches the client. Senior SEO / GEO Executives ready to step up are welcome to apply.

What you'll do

• Own SEO strategy across client accounts: link building, on-page and analysis
• Lead and mentor a team of link builders, two SEO Executives and content writers
• Build and maintain SEO roadmaps, processes and documentation
• Deliver SEO and GEO reporting that turns the work into results clients understand
• Make sure SEO content is accurate, evidence-based and on-brand before it reaches the client
• Own our GEO approach: visibility in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity
• Run structured SEO experiments and back decisions with data
• Drive automation and technical SEO, including AI tools like Claude

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in SEO, including owning client or account performance
• Experience writing SEO and GEO processes, and leading a small SEO or content team
• Original link-building strategies: earned and editorial, not bought from vendors
• Analysis-driven: you back SEO claims with evidence and data, and have run SEO experiments
• A strong grasp of on-page and technical SEO metrics
• Experience making GEO metrics measurable and actionable
• A sharp eye for client branding, and the judgement to know what not to do
