How much does SEO cost in Singapore?

Prices vary more than in most services, because "SEO" can mean anything from a monthly keyword report to a team rebuilding your site's content. These are the ranges agencies publish themselves:

What you buy Published price Source
Freelancer S$200 to S$400 a month OOm, January 2025
Basic agency package S$400 to S$700 a month OOm, January 2025
Keyword package: 20 local keywords, 2 articles, 6-month contract From S$900 a month Verz Design, 2026 packages
Keyword package: 30 keywords, 4 articles and a pillar page, 12-month contract From S$1,200 a month Verz Design, 2026 packages
Keyword package: 100 keywords From S$3,500 a month Verz Design, 2026 packages
Khepri SEO and AI Search Visibility S$2,500, S$4,500 or S$8,000 a month Our pricing, 3 months minimum

OOm's own summary is that SEO in Singapore "can be anywhere from S$300 to S$3000 per month or more based on the scope of work". Prices here and in the rest of this article are in Singapore dollars, before GST.

What does a low SEO price leave out?

The price of SEO is mostly people's time. At a few hundred dollars a month, an agency can give your site a few hours: a keyword report, small on-page edits and perhaps an article. That can be enough for a small site in a quiet market. It isn't enough to win a competitive search in Singapore in 2026, where the work that moves enquiries is:

  1. A site search engines can read end to end: speed, structure, structured data, no broken or duplicate pages (our technical SEO checklist covers what to check).
  2. Pages that answer what buyers ask, one for each service, location and real question, written well enough to be quoted.
  3. The same facts everywhere: your name, address, services and prices consistent across your site, Google Business Profile, directories and review sites. AI answers hedge when these disagree; we found that in 6 of the 7 hotels we checked.
  4. Mentions and links from sites Google and AI already trust, earned rather than bought (see our off-page SEO checklist).
  5. Measurement in enquiries: which pages and searches bring leads, not only where you rank.

Packages priced by keyword count reward rankings for the keywords on the list. A ranking that brings no enquiries is a cost, not a result.

Why do our SEO plans start at S$2,500 a month?

Because each plan pays for that whole list of work, every month, done by people who've done it for brands in seven countries. Our SEO service and AI search visibility pages set out how we run it; this is what each fee buys:

Starter Growth Scale
Monthly fee S$2,500 S$4,500 S$8,000
Content a month 10 pieces 17 pieces 25 pieces
Questions buyers ask AI, tracked monthly 15 30 50
Technical work Critical fixes Every issue fixed Every issue fixed
Authority Business listings cleaned up 2 placements a month 4 placements a month, 2 newsroom releases a year
Best for A site that needs fixing and steady content Competing on the questions buyers ask AI Defending a category, with PR

What isn't in the fee matters too:

  • No long lock-in. Three months minimum, then month to month, with a month's notice. Many packages ask for 6 or 12 months up front.
  • Nothing held back. Every page, account and report is in your name from the first day.
  • No guarantees we can't keep. Google itself says "no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google". We forecast in ranges and report what happened.

Our time goes further because we read your Search Console and site with Claude Code, which takes the audits and reporting that eat most agency hours. The people on your account spend that time writing, fixing and earning links instead. We're rated a Clutch Top SEO Company in Singapore for 2026.

What do results look like?

From clients' own Search Console accounts, with the period each figure covers. The full stories are in the Legian and Jaya House case studies.

None of these came from one change. They came from the same unglamorous list: a site Google can read, pages that answer what people search for, consistent facts, and links earned over months.

Will SEO pay back for your business?

Work it out before you buy any plan. Take what one new client is worth to you over a year, and how many months of the fee that covers.

If a new client is worth S$10,000 to you, Growth at S$4,500 a month pays for itself with one extra client every two months. If a new client is worth S$500, it would take nine a month, and SEO at this level is the wrong tool; your Google Business Profile, reviews and a few strong pages are a better buy.

SEO also compounds. Pages that rank keep bringing enquiries after the work on them stops, unlike ads, which stop when the budget does. That's why it's worth paying properly for, and why it's worth checking before you start that you can give it six to twelve months.

When is a cheaper option the right one?

  • A small local business in a quiet market: a well-kept Google Business Profile and a handful of good pages may be all you need. A freelancer can do that well.
  • A site that needs fixing once: our Search Foundation Project is S$10,000 over three months, with half credited if you continue to a retainer.
  • A hotel that needs its booking facts right, not articles: Hotel Direct, S$1,800 a month (see hotel marketing).

Frequently asked questions

How much does SEO cost per month in Singapore?

Published prices run from about S$300 to over S$3,000 a month: S$200 to S$400 for freelancers and S$400 to S$700 for basic agency packages (OOm, January 2025), and S$900 to S$3,500 for keyword packages (Verz Design, 2026). Our plans are S$2,500, S$4,500 and S$8,000 a month.

Why are some SEO packages so cheap?

Because they buy a few hours a month, usually a keyword report, small edits and an article or two. That can work for a small site in a quiet market. In a competitive search it rarely moves enquiries.

How long before SEO shows results?

It depends on the site and the competition. For a rehabilitation group we work with, organic clicks rose 65% in four months, from May to September 2026. Ask any agency what results they expect, by when, and how they'll measure them; Google lists those as the questions to ask an SEO.

Is there a minimum contract?

Ours is three months, then month to month with a month's notice. Ask any agency what happens when the contract ends, and who keeps the content and accounts.

Do your SEO plans include AI search?

Yes. Every plan tracks how often AI answers such as ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews name you for the questions buyers ask, and the work on facts, listings and mentions is what gets you named. More on our AI search visibility page.
