The challenge
Guests from Australia and Singapore compare The Legian with the booking sites before they book, and until February 2026 the Google Ads account did not track booking value by campaign, so nobody could see which ads paid for themselves.

What we did
- Performance Max, across the Australian and Singapore markets.
- Brand search, so the hotel's own name converts at the lowest cost.
- Booking value, tracked back to each campaign, so budget follows bookings.
- Search rankings, pages built for the searches guests make, so more of them rank in Google's top 10.
The results
- Ad spend → booking valueIDR 44M → IDR 521M
- Queries in Google's top 10882 → 2,404
